Flexographic Printing

TUTCO SureHeat provides the ideal heating solution for Flexographic printing applications. Designed to redefine the standards of drying, curing, and thermal air handling, our heaters are ideal in the dynamic world of printing. Offering rapid heat-up and fast drying capabilities with nearly limitless configurations, our Jet and Max heaters ensure multiple lines can run simultaneously, delivering ample heat for moisture removal in both narrow and wide web applications. TUTCO SureHeat presents an easy-to-maintain and replace solution, proving cost-effective for standalone units or as an enhancement to existing equipment drying.

TUTCO SureHeat process air heaters play a pivotal role in optimizing interstation drying between colors and final stage drying, ensuring rapid ink drying before surfaces make contact with equipment or each other. Dialing in the perfect temperature for substrate materials, ranging from 40°C(104°F) to 180°C(356°F), press operators can now balance speed, print quality, and web drying temperatures efficiently, minimizing defects and ensuring a flawless print. TUTCO SureHeat expedites evaporation by combining heat and moving air, ensuring controlled and uniform drying essential for maintaining low viscosity inks in Flexographic processes.

Efficiently managing air saturation, TUTCO's SureHeat electric air heaters evaporate solvent inks, moving solvent-laden air away from the web to maintain optimal drying conditions. Our closed-loop intelligent process heat solutions come with built-in type K thermocouples to accurately measure temperature, and are designed for use with our TUTCO SureHeat Control Panels ensuring precise voltage control and overshoot protection.
