TUTCO SureHeat Max HT and Threaded Inline Heaters are comparable to Leister Article 117.313

Comparable to the Leister LE Mini (Article #117.313), the SureHeat Max HT and Threaded Inline Air Heaters from TUTCO SureHeat offer powerful solutions for industrial heating needs. Both models are built to handle high temperatures and high air pressure in industrial applications.

The Max HT is a compact, efficient option for temperatures up to 1652°F (900°C). It comes with a dual-probe Type K thermocouple, making it easy to measure both inlet and exit air temperatures for precise control. One probe monitors the process temperature, while the other ensures the high temperature limit is not exceeded. The heater also includes mounting options and a ground stud for safe operation.

For inline applications, the Threaded Inline Heaters use durable Serpentine™ elements inside a 304 stainless steel housing, with threading on both ends. They’re typically connected to compressed air supply lines to quickly and accurately heat air in industrial processes. TUTCO SureHeat offers two types: Style “A” for leak-proof systems and Style “B” for general inline heating needs.
